These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, training programs, student portal, training center portal, online services, and any related offerings provided by the Institute of Public Health & Skill Training (IPHST). By accessing or using IPHST services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use IPHST services:

  • Be at least 14 years old (or with parental/guardian approval).
  • Provide accurate and valid personal and academic information.
  • Not be barred from receiving educational services by applicable law.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating a Training Center or Student account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Provide accurate, updated information at all times.
  • Notify IPHST immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Not share your account or password with any third party.

IPHST is not responsible for loss or misuse of your account due to incorrect handling of credentials.

5. Course Enrollment & Participation

By enrolling in any program, you agree to:

  • Follow course requirements, assessments, and academic guidelines.
  • Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of IPHST material.
  • Attend training sessions as scheduled (offline/online).
  • Respect classroom and virtual learning environment rules.

6. Training Center Responsibilities

Training Centers partnered with IPHST must:

  • Use only authorized study materials and curriculum.
  • Maintain proper infrastructure as required by IPHST.
  • Follow branding, certification, and examination guidelines.
  • Not misuse the IPHST name, logo, or certifications.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided.
  • Registration fees, course fees, examination fees, and center fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
  • IPHST is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to bank/payment gateway issues.
  • Any outstanding dues may lead to suspension of account access.

8. Use of Study Materials

All content provided by IPHST—including videos, PDFs, textbooks, test papers, logos, and branding materials—is protected by copyright. Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute learning materials without permission.
  • Sell or misuse IPHST content for commercial purposes.
  • Upload or share course materials on external platforms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the IPHST portal.
  • Share false identity or misleading documents.
  • Impersonate another user or training center.

10. Certificates & Recognition

Certificates are awarded only if the student meets all academic, attendance, and compliance requirements. IPHST reserves the right to withhold certification in case of malpractice or incomplete records.

11. Termination of Access

The Institute may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • False or fraudulent information is provided.
  • Fees are unpaid or overdue.
  • Misuse of the platform or activities violating IPHST policies occur.
  • Legal or disciplinary actions are required.

12. Limitation of Liability

IPHST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or opportunities, arising from use of the platform.

13. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. IPHST is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of external sites.

14. Changes to These Terms

IPHST reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes signifies acceptance.
